By accessing or using OneInbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

  • Track and manage customer relationships
  • Analyze communication patterns and performance
  • Integrate with third-party services and APIs

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policy, Telegram Terms, Discord Terms, or other platform policies
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate applicable laws
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

5.1 WhatsApp Business API

When using WhatsApp Business API integration, you must comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Policy
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policy
  • Meta Platform Terms
  • All applicable messaging and privacy regulations

You are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients and providing opt-out mechanisms as required by WhatsApp policies.

5.2 Other Platforms

Similar compliance is required for Telegram, Discord, and other integrated platforms. You must familiarize yourself with and comply with the terms of service of each platform you use.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing and Plans

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers. Current pricing is available on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in these Terms
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6.3 Free Trials

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Trial terms and conditions will be clearly stated at sign-up.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years, except:

  • As required by applicable law
  • If we terminate your account for our convenience
  • In cases of service failure or unavailability exceeding our SLA commitments

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to use, store, and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

We are committed to protecting your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

The Service, including all software, features, functionality, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by OneInbox and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Support

Support levels vary by subscription plan:

  • Starter: Email support during business hours
  • Pro: Priority email support with faster response times
  • Enterprise: Dedicated account manager and 24/7 phone support

9.3 Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEINBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Actions or omissions of third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneInbox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Your Customer Data
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature in your dashboard.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your account poses a security risk
  • Payment is overdue for more than 15 days

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Outstanding fees become immediately due
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We will delete your data according to our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy)

13. General Provisions

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneInbox regarding the Service.

13.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.5 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13.6 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

  • Email notification
  • In-app notification
  • Updated "Last Updated" date on this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
